etsi output power

Can anyone tell me the output pwoer tolerance in normal & extreme
condition.

GSM PCL 5 = 33dBm +-?
DCS PCL 0 = 30dBm +-?
PCS PCL 0 = 30dBm +-?

normal: +/-2

extreme: +/-2.5

According to the latest GSM 3GPP TS 05.05 spec:
GSM PCL 5 = 33dBm +/-3dB nominal and +/-4 extreme
DCS PCL 0 = 30dBm +/-3dB nominal and +/-4 extreme
PCS PCL 0 = 30dBm +/-3dB nominal and +/-4 extreme
and +/-2dB nominal and +/-2.5 extreme (different class)
