Quadrature (90) Hybrid, rectangular waveguide phase shifter

Hi, dear friends,

I plan to design a rectangular waveguide quadrature hybrid (3db directional coupler) and a phase shifter (45 degree). They are illustrated in the attached figure.

Is there anybody can introduce any material on how to design their parameters?
