can anyone give e em simulation for lange coupler?

i want to design a lange coupler use em simulation.
can any one give me an example and these applications?
ADS,MWOFFICE,HFSS,CTS which software sould i choose?

I use Momentum of ADS. It is simple, nice and prety accurate.
For Launge coupler you have to add the gold thickness and of cource the air bridge )or bonds). To da so difine an air as a dielectric material and add a via layer in that air substrate. draw the whole conductive lines also in the via layer in order to creat the wales. In lounge couplers the walls hight has influence on the performance.
