reading diode datasheets

Hi everyone,

I have some problem reading the datasheet of a diode? Currently I'm designing a mixer and I'm trying to find a suitable diode. Could I ask which are the additional areas( other than silicon and GaAs) that would be important? I have included one of the diode as a reference.
