Tutorials on ICCAP for modelling RF MOSFET

I'm planning to use ICCAP to model RF MOSFET, is there anyone who has ever used this tool? Is there any tutorial I can get?

Any suggestion on ICCAP or RF MOSFET modeling will be appreciated, thank you.
