Can anybody offer some studing materials about ICCAP except for the user guide?
I am a beginner on MOS Modeling, and any instrument and advice is welcome!

For modeling you can start by consulting any book on active circuits or RF circuits. Then you can also search in IEEE. After some literature survey, you can start by measuring characteristics of device-DC-IV and S parameters at different bias poins and check how they match with those supplied with vendor of device. After this little experiment I think you are all set for taking upon the complete modeling and would understand the ICCAP. It is pretty easy I assure you.
