Hello ,what maybe affect the switching transient?

What maybe cause the switching transient failed ?
PA poer supply ? The match of the PA output ?

One of the first things that can affect the switching transient is the saturation of the PA.
Check for nonlinearities the right corner of the falling edge.

according to my experience, the failure of the switching has the following reasons:

1)the capability of the power handling of the switching;
2)the speed of the switching is not fast enough,the when the PA is on,the rf power became heat,then the switch fail
3)if the switch is mechanism, then the oscillation between the ON and OFF state is the main reason of the failure of the switch.

generally, there a ISLATOR between the output port of the PA and the power amplifier transiator,so the unmatched of the power amplifier transistor will not influence of the switch!

ok ,carefully check your circuit and modify it!

If u are phone designer , Power Ramp will also effect the switch transient.
