looking for LD?

Hi, I am looking for a 1300nm LD supplied by a voltage-control current source using intensity modulation. Does anyone know who manufactures the LD and the model number?

Another question, can I use a PIN diode on the receiver? Does it have to be 1300nm as well? If I can't use a PIN diode, what should I use then?
