design of differential amplifiers

I am looking into designing differential amplfiers for both transmitting and receiving configuration. I need some basics of this area and literature covering on this design. I would like to have some tips on using ADS to do this design. I am covering 1.8Ghz and 2.45GHz bands in my design. I will start with a single band design and look at dual band design. Anyone has a literature on single band and dual band design literature will be beneficial to me. Thank you!
