STEERING ALGORITHM with help of satellite GPS

Hi everybody,

I have to improve the accuracy of the time scale with refrence to one standard time scale using this steering algorithm for time transfer with the help of the satellite navigation system GPS. Can anybody help me on this topic.


I mean any good links, books, reference materials, papers, ur experiences or any other stuff that could help me in studying above mentioned topic.
