how to design dc bias for broadband amplifier(lna)?
for a narrowband lna,we provide dc bias through lamda/4 transmission line with end shorted or a radial stub or rfc block.
now i'm designing two lnas:250M-1.5G,500M-2.5G.
how do i design a dc bias?
my questions herein:
1.is lamda/4 transmission line not useful?if itcan use, which freq should i use to simulate?
2.how to choose rfc in different frequencys(in my two lna)?
3.self-bias used,is the gate grounded(dc) by a choke or a transsmission line shorted( caculated in circuit, but only a part of match network).
please give some informations and papers.
good luck every here.

I am confused. DC bias why need stuff likes matching network?

For wideband DC bias you can use a wideband choke (lumped or microstrip) in series with a resistor. Both together will get enough isolation between DC and your signal.
For decoupling you can use radial stubs or different values of capacitors (with different SRF) in parallel, to cover the entire frequency range.
