ADVANTEST (R3131A) spectrum analyser ...text output

hello ,

i saved some shots of my RF signal on this ADVANTEST spectrum...when i back home i figured that the files saved as *.dat files ...contains numbers in 2 columns ... idont know how to draw them on my pc to get the signal i measured on that spectrum ?

iss there anyway to convert this file to something useful or to plot it ?
