how to build an electromagnetic gun

i want to build a gun to radiate 5MeV to a liquid with solid paticle.
anyboady have a resouce for gun structure or design?

i want to radiated some photon to p.p. matrial to increase the energy of this particle in medium.
my estimation is 5MeV needed.
