Lumped model in ADS

What's the different between lumped models & RF inductor models given by a vendor?

How do I apply this models in ADS simulation? The simulator does not seemed to recognise the L or C or R symbol in the model (normally, the RF inductor model consists of L, C & R).

Any help is appreciated.
