IIP3 & noise figure in Aplac
I designed gilbert cell mixer with mosfet (BSIM3 model) and i want to quickly compute main parameter of mixer with aplac v7.6.
any one can help me?

You can download the demo version of the APLAC 8.0, it contains a good examples and documentation about mixer parameter measurement.
Another option is to use the definitions, look at the Razavi's book, or read the paper "Nonlinearity Test for a Fully Integrated Direct-conversion Receiver" (microwave Journal, october 2004) at mwjournal.com. With a simple waveform generator and spectrum analyzer you can meausure.
