Wireless Network

Hi, m given a project about Wireless Networking in my whole town which is about 5 killometer and i may get 1500 users for wireless internet and lan games

i want help what kind of network should i design how to design how to start..

m looking for the forum which is purely based on wirless network design but couldnt get ..

but if i get some information about already made project or someone already has design this network

i want case studies, network solution, network managment solution,
if someone has already has designed then he must have all these data..

i really need help and i dont know where to start..
