PLL peak-to-peak jitter

I need a clock under 50MHz with frequency accuracy of 100ppm.
Most of clock chips I found have peak-to-peak jitter of about 300ps.
Where can I find a clock chip meets this requirement?

What is your jitter requirement?
Anything wrong with using an ordinary crystal oscillator?

I don't think freq. accuracy has anything to do with the peak2peak jitter.
