What does CRLH TL phrase mean?
I don't know what it is Would you pls explain it to me thank you
And is it a transmission line with lumped capacitance!
CRLH TL stands for composite right/left-handed transmission line. It is bascially a practical realization of a left-handed transmission line (negative permittivity and negative permeabily, i.e. backward wave, dual of conventional transmission line). Yes, it is basically a transmission line periodically loaded with series capacitor and shunt inductors, but unlike other periodic structures, the CRLH TL supports a FUNDAMENTAL backward wave, that is why it is so unique. There are various research groups involved in 'left-handed' research such as Itoh, Caloz, Eleftheriades, ...etc...

Can you please tell me which paper you are reading?
A novel composite rightleft-handed coupled-line directional coupler with arbitrary coupling level and broad bandwidth
that's the title of the paper
because i am a beginner i don't know what paper i should read and i read that paper
the paper is too large to upload if you want to read it i can e-mail you!
thank you
For a good introduction you should read an article published in Microwave Magazine entitled Composite Right/Left-Handed Transmission Line Metamaterials.
Please have a look on these basic articles.
