Where I can get the manual of Noise figure meter?

I would like to familiarize myself with the principle and application of
noise figure meter, so I need the manual or application note of NF meter.

Anybody can tell me where I can get this? any model of NF meter is welecome.

to familiarize with NF measurement principles, for my opinion, the Agilent AN-57-1 and AN57-2 are better than instrument manuals.
They are easy to understand and complete.
On the contrary, manuals assume that you already know principles.
