PA linearization with cartesian loop for tetra at 800MHz

I'm designing a handset for tetra at 800Mhz, and the PA need be linearized. I read a little of paper and think the cartesian feedback loop is the best choice. but i can't find a cartesian IC. Can someone tell me a cartesian IC for AMPS,PDC or Tetra, or another kind linearization IC to buy.
