i design a rf circuit working at 100 mhz. there is a rfc in the circuit to choke the ac signal and it is about 40μh ,but i cannt find such a big inductance working at 100mhz. who can give me some advice? thanks a lot!
For frequencies of 100MHz you should look for RF chokes in the range of 0.1-1μH, and I am pretty sure you will find planty to choose from ..
40μH RF choke looks better at 10MHz or less applications ..

I think 1uh is ok.
the 1μh inductance is about 600Ω at 100mhz. maybe it is a littile small.
If you put 1uH in a 50 ohm or 75 ohm system, the insertion and return losses are negligible (except you are interested in the 0.1 dB loss range).
