design problem of LNA

i have the problem in selecting the transistor in my LNA. i don't know which kind of transistor i should choose. My LNA is operating at 27MHz.

Is there any books that are good for beginners for designing LNAs?

operating　frequency ,gain,handling poewr
operating voltage,NF,interference　signals(IMD),
cost,size etc.....

At this frequency a JFET would do well. The Siliconix J308 has low noise. http://www.vishay.com/docs/70237/70237.pdf is the data sheet.

At HF, you can improve the nose performance with a step up transformer at the input.
