Help me contact Agilent technical support

I need to contact Agilent to ask some question about ADS, but the license of my laboratory is obsolete recently. Could someone kindly give me any help to contact the technical support of Agilent ?

I have visited the knowledge center of Agilent and tried to login as a user, but the registration process also need the license information.

What is your question, can you share with us?

I bulid a model of semiconductor laser in ads recently,it works well.Now I want to add noise properties to this model,so I need to generate Gaussian random variable in ADS.
I want to know how to tackle this problem.
