High frequency packaged silicon CMOS transistor

I am looking for a packaged Silicon CMOS Transistor that I can use on a PCB. The problem is, my application is at 2.4 GHz, and I just can't find any supplier or manufacturer who does such transistors. The question is, have you ever heard about this, a GHz frequency packaged CMOS transistor? If so, do you know who does them? And who supplies them?
