I want to learn RFIC
And I have three years experience on analog IC such as ADC DAC PLL and PM, now I want to start to learn RFIC.
in order to get qualified in this field, u 1st have 2 be strong in electromagnetics and RF engineering, as these are the basics of microwave circuits design
Thank you so much. and you means that the electromagnetics and RF are the basics of RFIC. I think I must study the electromatnetics first
Thanks again
also u must be very stronge in analog design
very good knowledge about technology processes
very good user of RFIC design and simulation tools
the road is long
best way is by course notes at universities
start searching on this site and on google.
Thank you, every one
I will try my best to learn it
and I will run this road forever
Thanks again
when you run this road you willl lose your girlfriend, friends, family... so don't get crazy !
hi. would u like to give me some references
thx
also need to learn more about passive components .
hi yeewong,
dont panic man, this field really requires a good backround in the above mentioned courses, but u ll find it so intersting once u get qualified in it, & and the future is brillinat in front of u !
just some patience !
what difficult between the RFIC and RFID?
Tia
RFIC - Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits
RFID - Radio Frequency Identification
hi, yeewong_su
you get a really good foundation for RFIC, your experience on the analog circuits will help you a lot! Just read some book chapters and some study IEEE papers, you can go into this exciting field quickly.
Yes.
I will try my best to learn many books and do some simulation.
I think I will have a brilliant future
best wishes
i think in the future rfic will replace rfc and mwc
I think so, because that's the trend.
the best way to learn RFIC is to look into some university sites for lecture notes.
I think a strong knowledge in analog design would be a plus and also some electromagnetics..
For a start to learn RFIC you could see into the lecture notes from Technical University of Darmstadt
