Basic Question about coils

Can I make an accurate value on board coil (assuming that i can make accurate diminsions of tracks on PCB)

Any suggestions?

Bear in mind that a flat coil will couple more into other circuits and will be affected by object above and below the board such as mounting the pcb a few mm above the bottom of a metal box.

You mean parasitics? If so, can't I include it also in design consideration?
