does any one have experience with MICRF011?

I am familiar with the MICRF505/500. What is your question?

i use the MICRF011 but it doesn,t work
the MICRF011 is in the sweep mode
i use a tunable cheap LC transmitter
i use a led and a resistance
on the data output to see the output
later on i discover that the max current out of this pin is 10uA
it didn,t work because i take too much current out of the pin or what ?

i test the LC transmitter on a regenerative receiver woking on 300Mhz and it works
the MICRF011 works with 5.5M ceramic resonator
cth = 47n
c AGC= 2.2u
