anybody knows such PA mmic?

Is there anybody knows such PA mmic:
gain>14dB.
Pout_1>30dBm.
frequency range 5.85ghz-6.65ghz.
internally matched

The closest thing I found with a five minute search is the Fairchild RMPA61810

Typical 19dB gain at 6GHz
31dBm at 1dB compression.
From the S11 and S22 graph the matching looks ok to me.
It's specd for 6-18GHz so you would be running it very slightly outside it's spec.
