DVB

Hi all!
I need to determine the performance of a DVB transmitter...
to characterize the channel... and determine the most important parameters
to describe the performance of the system.
Also any source of simulatin code could be useful (C, Matlab).

Any suggestions? please don't tell me to search ETSI... I already know that,
