in need of a 2 meter band(144MHz) PA circuit design.pls help

hi to everybody......i'm in need of a 2 meter band power amplifier circuit design.. the circuit design must have a output power between 80-100 watts. The power amplifier should be a 2 meter band PA that is around 144MHz.. any circuti design will do includin homebrewed. if anybody has the circuit design or know where to find the design pls mail me. thank you .

It is a 100W @ 145MHz PA ..
For full output power you may need roughly 10W input power ..
