Hello all, I am now designing a LC VCO in JAZZ process. In their design book about inductor, it says that for proper simulation results it is necessary to include a substrate pin with name "sub" connected to ac ground into the schematic?
Could anyone please tell how to do this in ADS or Cadence? Thanks a lot in advance!

Simply, "Substrate = Ground" here!
- How to include RF Transistor Vendor Kit in Advanced Designed Design(ADS)
- How to include nf2 (noise figure) nf(minimum) option in ADS
- How to include the sub-blocks layout from the top layout automatically
- how to include .snp and .sri file into the hspice netlist?
- S-parameters: do they include via inductance for common-source FET transistors?
- How to include Negative permitivity values of materials in HFSS ?
