hi all,
i want to build a circuit to generate noise in the band from 12 to 16 khz i want to couple this noise on a wire how can i build such circuit by the way i don't care about the properties of the generated noise all i want is to couple this noise to the wire wirless i.e. to induce the noise in the wire

Any zener diode will exhibit broadband shot noise at its breakdown voltage. You AC couple it, and then amplify it (since it is pretty small).
usually the term noise means white, gaussian distribution. But your question sound as different meaning. Do you ask for white, gaussian noise or for randomatic sparks discharge?
