Replacement for Tx-2 20925028 in a RC car remote controller

Hello all

I have a wireless remoted car, when i opened its remote controller, i found the IC "Tx-2 20925028", does anyone know a suitable replacment for it? as well as the other one (the car's ic) has "Rx-2 20805022" printed on it,

Please add any suggestion
