What is the difference between leakage and mismatch in CP?

When the charge pump is in the tri-state state, it is ideally high impedance. There will be some parasitic leakage through the charge pump, VCO and loop filter capacitors.

When the up and down current is different, it is called mismatch.

So I think CP mismatch is the same thing as CP leakage, since if the up and down current is the same , the charge pump will leakage no current.

So what is the difference between charge pump current leakage and mismatch?
