Need info on airborne blade antennas

hi ,

i 'm looking for some papers(ieee or anything at all) or books or notes on blade antenna design for 20 - 500 mhz and 500 - 1000 mhz airborne applications.

i don't even have any idea of how they r designed.

hoping for some help in this respect.
