Hello I would like to build this oscillator http://www.pan-tex.net/usr/r/receivers/s4mhzosc.htm (the second image) and the author states:
Inductors L1 and L2 are 6 turns, center tapped
I know that these are wound bifilar and that the end of the first winding is connecter with the start of the second.
However I am confused about the number of turns. Does it mean 6+6 turns, or 3+3 turns?

L1 and L2 have six turns total.
That is 3 + 3 turns bifilar wound, with the two windings connected in series (to give 6 turns) and to also provide the centre tap.
Thanks Tony.
That makes more sense as the amplifier is said to be broadband, so I would expect less turns there.
