about diode model

when i simulated passive mixer in @ds (use @gilent hsms286c antiparaelle diode ),I changed the LO power ,then the S parameter has no changed.why?
but when I mounted tje diode on FR4,and measure S parameter.It will change dependet on the LO power.
I confused it.
