Step rRecovery Diode model

Hi,

can someone provide a model for the SRD? I need to use it in ADS for a comb gen. design.

I tried looking in some datasheets but they only provide the diode parameters without much explanations.

You can try to write verilog code and model it in Eagleware, personally i have yet to try out myself... i can't comment much..

I remember there is a datasheet where they taught you how to model the SRD, i hope i can find the link... maybe they will help you...
