HELP !!

Hi all,

I am designing a cascoded 2 stage differential LNA, I want to derive a mathmatical formula for GAIN and NOISE FIGURE calculations. Is there any books/notes/papers that can guide me to do these analysis ?

For matching , can i do the matching for differential LNA like that the single-ended LNA, or there is a difference strategy ?


Please , i really need help on these.....URGET!

check meyer book the chapter of noise , it will help u to do a mathematical formula for noise figure
