Frequency Bands

I need a document that gives different frequeny bands, and which is free and which need licence,...etc.

Does anyone has such manual?

The frequency bands are defined by ITU.

The telecom regulator agencie of your country defines the rules of using spectrum , probably the easier way to get what you are looking for is taking a look at the site of telecom regulator agencie of your country.

Does ITU have a site on the internet? what is it?
