i am thinking about using 2 minicircuits vco′s the zx95-2650 and the zx95-2500 and tune them in such a way that when the output of the 2 is mixed a freqency sweep from 100mhz to 1 ghz will be output.
I am not sure how to go about adding sweep linearization or ouput power stabilization to these sma type vco's.
Any help would be much appreciated
