A Simulation on 3rd Overtone Oscillator!

Hi all,

Are there some literatures on 3rd overtone oscillator?

and when I am simulating the 3rd overtone oscillator in ADS, I am meeting a problem, it can't work. Please help me. and I'll attaching the project here.
