Need Help in using Atmel's MIxer IC U2795B

i am designing Mixer using Atmel's U2795B with LO at 2.25GHz and RF at 300MHz.
IC is showing very low resistence (80 Ohm) between supply and return path (ground) and because of this a very large current starts flowing exceeding the maximum current rating of IC.
if any one has used this IC reply me.
