Suggest me a VHF Band III VCO

Hello dear friends:

I would like to design a VHF frequency PLL synthesizer (using MC145152) which can operate at 210 MHZ to 270 MHZ frequency range (VHF Band III). but unfortunately i coudnt find any appropriate VCO with this frequency range in the list of minicircuits (5V tuning for PLL ICs) VCOs.
I will really appreciate it if you introduce me any VCO with this frequency range appropriate for my use from minicircuits or any other company.

There are many companies that produce VCO's in those frequencies such as VARIL, Synergy, etc.

In additional to, you may find some RFIC's VCO+PLL in the same package..

To find a good source, look at some magazines MW Journal, RF&Microwaves etc..

And also google..

But If I were you, I implement my own VCO by discrete transistors that will be cheaper..( and also it will be a good project for you )
