What is the Q of this varactor diode?

I have a varactor diode that is usable up to 20 GHz ( from datasheet) but in the datasheet (ML46580s from MAcom: https://www.edaboard.com/viewtopic.php?p=608659#608659) q of varactor is determined at 1MHz.
I want to know wat is the Q of this varactor at another frequencies.
what can I do?
