BPSK mod. using Reflection Topology

Hi all,
I m trying to design a BPSK modulator using Reflection Topology. I got very little material related to this topology. so I require some more material on this, can anybody suggest a site or book for this? Is there any other topology which can be used for this purpose?
A research paper i got has employed PIN diodes as termination devices. (http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/CCSR/outp...e/pub0304.html) but I am working in S and X bands , at these frequencies, I m unable to get the PIN diodes neither in ADS software nor in real.
(PIn diodes are preferred over FETs bcoz diodes can handle higher powers.)
what are the suggestions regarding this problem?
