subcarrier spacing & phase noise in OFDM

Hi,

If I know the subcarrier spacing and the subcarrier levels etc. how can I calculate the phase noise requirement for the oscillator (synthesizer)? Is there a good reference for this?

Another question, If I derive a pahse noise requirement. How I should divide this requirement between IF LO signal and RF LO signal?
