Modal field configuration

We mostly use the CIRCULAR plots in the attached pdf file without worrying about how they are derived, does anybody know a quick way to generate them including both the H-lines and E-lines. I have seen how to do the E-lines for the TE modes and the H-lines for the case of TM modes, but to generate the H-lines for the TE modes or the E-lines for the TM modes, considering the CIRCULAR waveguide.
