coupling and bypass capacitors

Hi, All
I have a basic question about capacitor application. This is, how to select the values of the dc-bloking, coupling and bypass capacitors?

The problem appear simple, but isn't.
A deep treatment may by found on Agilent AppCad.
AppCad may choose DC blocking capacitors as well coils chooke.
AppCad is a software Application Note.
