Can ADS accept SPICE files as input? I need to model some devices for programming with ADS.

Yes it does. I've tried it myself and there were no problems. However, as there are many SPICE versions out there, watch out for the correct syntax. I had luck and it imported my spice components with a first try ;)

Can ADS work with Digital Circuits too. I don't see any digital component there. SO can we programm one with AEL.

I've tried modeling devices in ADS and SPICE and I've imported spice model into ADS and I've found that ADS and SPICE yield different results. When modeling I needed to change the parameter values in ADS from the spice version to get the same results. Perhaps it's necessary to identify the spice engine version in Spice and compare it to the version in ADS to determine if there are algorithmic differences. I only mention this because you may get different results with ADS compared to the SPICE version that you are using.

no i have any comparison between them but i read in ADS help that precision of constants such as PI is different in ADS and spice .
surely , they have different algorithms.
